How do I place an order?
Shop online using our secure online shopping cart.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Pay pal, Shop Pay, Master card, Visa, Discover and Amex, gift cards.
Can I pay by check?
We do not accept checks at this time.
Can I pay by C.O.D?
Not at this time.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is collected for customers who live in Rhode Island.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You have up to 24hrs. in which to cancel an order. After 24hrs., our regular return policy will take effect. To cancel an order, email info@cfamcreations.com to make a request.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase less shipping & handling. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the clmcreativejewels.com website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Once a return request has been approved, please mail the item(s) in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Please mail returns to: C_Fam Creations, 166 Valley St., Bldg. 6M, Suite 103, Providence, RI 02909. Customized products and clearance items cannot be returned.

Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We ship within the 48 continental United States which excludes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
